What is your return policy?

If they don't work for you, send them back.

For all returns and exchanges you must obtain a return authorization number. Please call or email Work Warehouse customer service to get one. Without a return authorization number, we are unable to accept return packages.

If the boots were purchased directly from, you may return the unworn pair within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Please note that Work Wearhouse is not responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item. It is advised that you send the shipment via a company with tracking capabilities (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.). Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charge.

IMPORTANT: Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration will be returned to the customer. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.

Make sure the product is in its original packaging, and place it in its original shipping box. Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them.

If you suspect a defect on worn merchandise, the merchandise must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility for an exchange. Suspected defective boots must be returned within 100 days of the original purchase date.

If you wish to return a Work Wearhouse product purchased from a retailer, it must be returned directly to them. Their terms and conditions will apply. Please do NOT send your purchase back to Work Wearhouse.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.

What is your shipping policy?

Work Wearhouse orders that are in stock will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Allow for longer lead times during the holidays. If an item is out of stock, you will receive email notification. Your credit card will then be refunded which can take anywhere from 5-8 business days. To check if an item is in stock and will ship quickly, please contact us by email at or by calling (503) 906-9090. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with order details and tracking information.

Work Wearhouse offers shipping to all states within the contiguous United States (not Alaska and Hawaii) for a flat rate of $12 for UPS Ground shipping. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be arranged per customer, once we establish best ship method and price. UPS Ground delivers in approximately 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Note: UPS Ground can take longer during the busy holiday season. UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address so that your package can arrive safely.


With free shipping, qualifying online orders can be shipped to your home at no cost.
